🎈 The Pop & Pose — Balloons & Backdrops

Bring the WOW with custom organic balloon installations and beautiful backdrops!

Choose from flowing balloon garlands, arches, columns, hoops, and stacks, along with optional round or arched fabric backdrops, shimmer walls, and personalized vinyl lettering.

We'll coordinate your balloon colors and backdrop styling with the rest of your celebration for one cohesive look.

✨ The Tablescape — Tables Worth Talking About

From elegant and sophisticated to bright, playful, and completely over-the-top, we'll style your tables to match your celebration!

Your custom tablescape may include:

• Coordinated disposable plates, cups, napkins, and cutlery
• Table coverings, runners, and decorative accents
• Elegant linen-feel disposable napkins or fun themed party napkins
• Optional centerpieces featuring artificial florals, candles, or themed decorations
• Optional coordinating chair decorations
• Optional personalized printed place cards

All dinnerware is disposable! Whether you want the look of fine china or colorful character-themed plates for the kiddos, we'll coordinate the details to fit your style and budget.

Every Whole Shebang is different, so we don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing.

Your personalized quote will depend on your event location, guest count, number of tables, balloon installations, backdrop selections, and optional decorations.

Best of all, bundling our services means special discounted pricing compared with booking each service separately!

How It Works

1. Tell Us Your Vision — FREE!

Complete our inquiry form with your event details, theme, colors, guest count, number of tables, budget, and the services you're interested in.

Inspiration photos are always welcome!

We'll review your request, discuss your ideas, and provide a complimentary preliminary estimate.

2. Let's Dream It Up — $25 Design Fee

Ready to see your celebration come together?

A $25 design fee covers your personalized design concept and two rounds of revisions. Mockups are prepared exclusively for your Sassy Sparkles Co. booking and may not be shared with another decorator for reproduction. Catalog images are illustrative examples; finished designs may vary slightly.

This fee is nonrefundable once design work begins, but the entire $25 will be credited toward your event total if you book with us!

3. Love It? Let's Make It Official!

Once you've approved your design and final quote, a 50% booking deposit secures your reservation.The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your authorized payment method 7 days before delivery. By booking, you authorize this scheduled charge. 

Please allow at least 30 days' advance notice for Whole Shebang requests. All bookings are subject to availability.

A Little Fine Print Before We Sparkle! ✨

We provide event styling, decorations, delivery, and professional setup. We do not provide tables, chairs, food, catering, fresh-cut flowers.

Chair decorations are available as an optional service using chairs supplied by the customer.

Please arrange property or venue permission, a clear installation area, and access during our agreed setup time. Let us know about relevant pets, stairs, difficult access, venue restrictions, or tight setup windows before booking.

Frames, stands, backdrop covers, and other reusable equipment remain the property of Sassy Sparkles Co. Equipment pickup and any removal charges will be outlined in your quote. Please do not move, dismantle, or attach anything to rented equipment. Charges may apply for missing equipment or damage beyond normal wear.

Outdoor Sparkle Comes with Weather Limits.
Heat, direct sunlight, wind, rain, and rough surfaces can shorten balloon life, alter their appearance, or cause popping—even with premium balloons. Outdoor balloon longevity cannot be guaranteed.

Unsafe weather or site conditions may require an indoor location, a revised setup, postponement, or cancellation. Please plan for an indoor backup whenever possible.

A Note About Latex & Little Ones
Our latex balloons contain natural rubber latex. Please let us know about any known latex allergies before booking so we can discuss suitable options.

Uninflated or broken balloons can pose a choking hazard, especially for children under 8. Adult supervision is required. Discard broken balloons promptly and keep balloons and small decorative pieces away from children and pets.

When Plans Change
For details about refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, changes to your booking, and weather-related arrangements, please visit our Booking & Cancellation Policy page before reserving your celebration.

All tablescape dinnerware is disposable, and the take-home table decorations included in your quote belong to you. 

We do not provide event cleanup, table clearing, trash removal, or general teardown services.
