We use premium Kalisan latex balloons for our latex balloon designs. Number balloons, themed foil balloons, and other specialty accents are selected to complement your celebration.

All listed prices are base prices before applicable sales tax. Your final quote depends on the size, style, colors, backdrops, personalization, the decorative details you choose and the length of your rental where applicable.
Standard latex balloons up to 18 inches are included according to each service’s listed options. Greenery, picks, specialty finishes, larger balloons, additional colors, and custom accents are available for an additional charge. Number stacks include the number balloon(s) listed with that service.
A Little Planning Before the POP!
Send us your event date, location, colors, and ideas! We’ll discuss your request, check availability, and provide an initial estimate.
A $25 design fee is required before we create your personalized mockup. This includes one mockup and one round of revisions. The fee is nonrefundable once design work begins and is credited toward your booking total. Additional concepts or major redesigns may incur a fee, which we’ll discuss with you first.
Mockups are prepared exclusively for your Sassy Sparkles Co. booking and may not be shared with another decorator for reproduction. Catalog images are illustrative examples; finished designs may vary slightly because of balloon shapes, color availability, lighting, and installation conditions.
Save Your Date!
After you approve your design and final quote, a 50% booking deposit secures your reservation. Your design fee counts toward that deposit and your total. If it already covers at least half of your total, no additional deposit is required.
The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your authorized payment method 7 days before delivery. By booking, you authorize this scheduled charge. Bookings made within 7 days of delivery require full payment at confirmation.
We Bring the Party!
Delivery and professional setup are included within 30 miles of McGehee, Arkansas. Additional travel fees of $1/mile may apply outside this area and will be included in your quote.
Please arrange property or venue permission, a clear installation area, and access during our agreed setup time. Let us know about relevant pets, stairs, difficult access, venue restrictions, or tight setup windows before booking.
Frames, stands, backdrop covers, and other reusable equipment remain the property of Sassy Sparkles Co. Equipment pickup and any removal charges will be outlined in your quote. Please do not move, dismantle, or attach anything to rented equipment. Charges may apply for missing equipment or damage beyond normal wear.
Outdoor Sparkle Comes with Weather Limits.
Heat, direct sunlight, wind, rain, and rough surfaces can shorten balloon life, alter their appearance, or cause popping—even with premium balloons. Outdoor balloon longevity cannot be guaranteed.
Unsafe weather or site conditions may require an indoor location, a revised setup, postponement, or cancellation. Please plan for an indoor backup whenever possible.
A Note About Latex & Little Ones
Our latex balloons contain natural rubber latex. Please let us know about any known latex allergies before booking so we can discuss suitable options.
Uninflated or broken balloons can pose a choking hazard, especially for children under 8. Adult supervision is required. Discard broken balloons promptly and keep balloons and small decorative pieces away from children and pets.
